Our Medical Director monitors treatment to make sure that only the appropriate treatment is provided and to prevent over-servicing. Medical Coordinators carefully check invoices to ensure the information is correct and to avoid duplication. Being a de-regulated market, our agreements with commercial airlines enable us to offer significant savings on air travel booked in Thailand. Global Japanese Services

Global Japanese Services is a special division within Mondial Assistance. It is designed to cater to the needs of Japanese customers, wherever they happen to be in the world. For many years, the Japanese customers of several of our loyal, insurance industry clients have enjoyed worldwide assistance for simple as well as complex services.
