As vehicles in need of repair are usually recovered by an Authorized Dealer, you also benefit from increased workshop activity and the sales of spare parts. Network: In Bangkok, Auto Assist’s own fleet of motorcycles and flatbed tow trucks provides the required assistance services. In the northern provinces, our network of more than 540 service providers deliver help and assistance. A dedicated Network team is responsible for monitoring service quality, and all service providers wear uniforms, so are easily recognizable.

Call Centre: A hi-tech Bangkok based Call Centre receives calls and coordinates services. Dedicated lines are used so that calls can be answered in the client’s name. The Call Centre system provides comprehensive statistics on call activity. Purpose-built Roadside Assistance software is used to gather and report on all breakdowns.

All services are followed up with a call to the customer to confirm their level of satisfaction. The results comprise part of the monthly management reports which we provide to all our clients.

Warranty Administration

Warranty Administration is time consuming and necessary, but you don’t necessarily have to do it. For many years, Mondial Assistance has been handling all types of Warranty Administration tasks for various car manufacturers around the world. These include new and extended warranties on new cars, and warranties for used vehicles. As with all our services, Warranty Administration is tailored specifically to the client’s requirements. Customised software is used to collect, store and report on all activities, and we are able to manage each step in the process, from initial registration right through to claims adjudication

Auto Assist (AA) has only recently introduced its Warranty Administration services in Thailand and is already handling a Used Car programme for one major manufacturer. AA is involved in each step of the warranty process. Dealers notify AA of vehicles they intend to include in the programme and report on the types of repairs & improvements required for each vehicle to meet the required standard. AA conducts random inspections and registers the details of any vehicles approved for the programme. When the vehicle is sold, full particulars are recorded in the Warranty Administration system. AA is notified of the claims, checks their validity and again carries out random inspections in compliance with established procedures.
