Administration services in Thailand and is already handling a Used
Car programme for one major manufacturer. AA is involved in each
step of the warranty process. Dealers notify AA of vehicles they
intend to include in the programme and report on the types of
repairs & improvements required for each vehicle to meet the
required standard. AA conducts random inspections and registers the
details of any vehicles approved for the programme. When the
vehicle is sold, full particulars are recorded in the Warranty
Administration system. AA is notified of the claims, checks their
validity and again carries out random inspections in compliance
with established procedures.
