Our promise of coming to the assistance of customers anywhere in the world is a serious undertaking. Whilst not all assistance cases are emergencies, every year there are many thousands of times when our customer’s welfare is at stake. The outcome for the customer is determined by the quality of our response.
There is only one way to ensure that we are always ready to respond and that is through network development. Mondial’s global network includes more than 400,000 service providers. It includes doctors, nurses, emergency rescue teams, logistics experts, lawyers, translators, technicians, etc. All types of people from all walks of life with one thing in common: helping people. Typically Mondial will handle at least 12 million types of assistance in a year, which equates to one every three seconds.
There are two key elements of a strong network. First, strength in numbers to make sure that we have the geographical coverage and ability to respond within an acceptable timeframe. Second, to make sure that the service providers have the quality to provide prompt and professional service.
With almost 60 years experience in the Assistance business, Mondial has made sure that both the coverage and quality are first rate. Network development is a crucial part of our work and every year countless hours are devoted to making sure that we have the right people in the right places.
Every time we receive a customer’s call for help, our reputation is on the line. Our international network is called into action and all the preparation work is tested. With one network intervention every 3 seconds, you could say that the network is fully tested and has stood the test of time.
